Pancreatic cancer is the fourth most common cause of cancer-associated death in western countries, where incidence and number deaths are increasing every year. Intrinsic or acquired resistance tumor cells to chemotherapy agents major reason for failure traditional treatment. Several factors implicated this impressive resistance; however, these, it important highlight extensive cellular heterogeneity these tumors.
